In the summer of 2023, Praia do Bom Sucesso, located in Aldeia dos Pescadores, Vau parish, hosted the inaugural Festival Bom Sucesso ’23. This extraordinary event captivated the attention of thousands of music lovers, beach and entertainment enthusiasts, families, and tourists from the Oeste region. Now, in 2024, we are preparing for another edition of this event, which will take place from August 8 to 11.

Building on the success of the last edition, we remain focused on maintaining the rigor and excellence that characterized the Festival Bom Sucesso. The goal continues to be to enhance the region’s tourism potential, attracting a diverse audience, with inclusion across different age groups. This festival stands out not only for its cultural programming but also for its unique atmosphere, where the waters of the lagoon and the sea meet, creating the ideal setting for a summer event.

In this edition, the organizing entities, such as the Municipality of Óbidos, the Parish of Vau, and Óbidos Criativa, EM, have raised the bar through strategic partnerships and promotional actions, aiming to exceed visitors’ expectations and contribute to the economic and cultural development of the region.

In summary, the 2024 edition of Festival Bom Sucesso promises to continue the tradition of excellence and entertainment, with more new features that will reinforce the festival’s status as a reference event in the region. This year, we are pleased to welcome renowned artists such as Calema, Expensive Soul, Gene Loves Jezebel, among others.
